The primary responsibilities of this role are to optimize our schedule by ensuring the right service professional is matched with the proper opportunity, pre- and post-appointment customer contact, and delivering job specifications to technicians.

In this position, you will be:
- Contacting customers to ensure they are available for the technician to come to their home
- Communicating with, supporting, and dispatching our technicians to all their jobs
- Using your creative thinking & team work skills to ensure all your customers are taken care of each day
- Plan and facilitate the schedule effectively and efficiently while providing first class service to our customers
- Working in an upbeat, fast paced environment, where your multi-tasking and logistical skills will be put to test
- Following up with our customers to determine satisfaction levels
The right candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Professional and empathetic phone demeanor
- Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Solution oriented with the ability to remain patient and empathetic
- Able to analyze a situation quickly and prioritize based on company guidelines
- Strong, applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Background checks and drug screenings are part of our employment process
