Primary Role:
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of projects by coordinating materials and resources in the field. This individual will work closely with project managers, field workers, and Tools Manager to organize and distribute essential materials required for various projects. Play a vital role in supporting our field operations, making sure that all materials are available where and when they are needed to streamline project operations.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in tracking inventory and managing the supply of materials on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers to understand material requirements based on project schedules and demands.
- Organize and maintain the storage areas to ensure a clutter-free environment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to management.
- Prepare and distribute materials as per project needs in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling and storage.
- Support logistics efforts by coordinating deliveries and pick-ups of materials and equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in tracking and reporting materials
- Required to possess a valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL
- 1 year of related construction or utility/electrical experience
- Working knowledge of safety practices and procedures
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
