Als Warehouse Medewerker bij TLS – Boca Systems ben jij de spil in onze technisch logistieke operatie. Je zorgt dat printers, onderdelen, scanners en tickets op tijd, geconfigureerd en in perfecte staat bij onze klanten terechtkomen – van theaters tot pretparken wereldwijd.

Wij zijn de grootste distributeur van BOCA thermische ticket printers, actief in o.a. Nederland, Duitsland, het Vereningd Koninkrijk, Spanje, Polen, Dubai en Australië. Onze klanten? Denk aan musea, stadions, bioscopen en attractieparken. Je komt terecht in een internationaal team waar techniek, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.

🔧 Wat ga je doen?

• Ontvangen, controleren en opslaan van inkomende goederen (printers, tickets, onderdelen).
•  Uitvoeren van technische controles en testen (printkwaliteit, barcodescanners, RFID-functionaliteit).
•  Signaleren van afwijkingen en terugkoppeling naar Technical Support.
•  Verzamelen en verzendklaar maken van klantorders volgens technische specificaties.
•  Voorraadbeheer en updates in ons ERP-systeem.
•  Samenwerken met collega’s van Technical Support en Sales om klanten optimaal te
• bedienen.

✅ Wat breng jij mee?

• MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met technische affiniteit (elektrotechniek, elektronica).
•  Interesse in thermische printers, barcode/RFID-technologie en media.
•  Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van de Duits taal is een pré.
•  Ervaring in magazijn/logistiek.
•  Nauwkeurig, praktisch ingesteld en fysiek inzetbaar.
•  Rijbewijs B
•  Ervaring met ERP-systemen zijn een pré.
•  Oog voor kwaliteit en technische procedures.

As a Warehouse Employee at TLS – Boca Systems, you are the linchpin in our technical logistics operation. You ensure that printers, parts, scanners and tickets are delivered on time and in perfect condition to our customers – from theaters to theme parks worldwide.

We are the largest distributor of BOCA thermal ticket printers, operating in the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, Dubai, and Australia. Our clients include museums, stadiums, cinemas, and amusement parks. You’ll join an international team where technology, quality, and collaboration are key.

🔧 What will you do?

•  Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods (printers, tickets, parts).
•  Perform technical checks and tests (print quality, barcode scanners, RFID functionality).
•  Identify deviations and report to Technical Support.
•  Pick and prepare customer orders according to technical specifications.
•  Manage inventory and update our ERP system.
•  Collaborate with Technical Support and Sales to serve customers effectively.

✅ What do you bring?

•  MBO-level education or equivalent, preferably with a technical background (electrical engineering, electronics).
•  Interest in thermal printers, barcode/RFID technology, and media.
•  Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the German language is considered an advantage.
•  Experience in warehousing/logistics.
•  Accurate, hands-on, and physically capable.
•  Driver’s license (B)
•  ERP experience is a plus.
•  An eye for quality and technical procedures.
