Licensed Mental Health Therapist (PT/W-2))

InnerSourced Solutions is seeking to hire an intermediate licensed therapist to provide individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents. This is a part-time position with full-time potential. Part-time positions require a minimum of 12.5 billable hours per week of direct client contact each week with 7.5 administrative hours a week for a total of 20 hours per week.

We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. We handle all insurance credentialing and billing. You create your own schedule (mornings, afternoon, evening and weekend hours), see your clients and generate your notes in our HIPAA-compliant, EMR system (inSync) within 24 hours of the provision of services.

Your Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide weekly individual and/or family sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities
  
• Effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a timely and respectful manner
• Provide complete and timely documentation to support services rendered in our HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system.
• Participate in community outreach and referral-building activities to support program growth
• Strict adherence to COMAR and CARF standards both in practice and in documentation

Requirements:

• Master's in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy) 
• Active Intermediate License to practice in the State of Maryland as a LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT.
• Must be PROFICIENT with technology / Electronic Medical Records systems
• Must provide pdf of Maryland CAQH profile/application
• Active Malpractice Insurance
• Active First Aid and CPR
• Must pass criminal and child protective services background checks
• Possess an active Maryland driver's license & reliable personal vehicle
