SUMMARY OF ROLE

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Enterprise Coordinator (ECs) and Account Coordinators (ACs) to join our team. The EC/AC will be responsible for assisting with fulfilment duties on assigned facilities. The ideal candidate must be proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing various tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail while maintaining high productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

• ECs/ACs are expected to at least have a good grasp about the different professions and specialties for nurses and allied available in NOVA.
• ECs/ACs are expected to ensure that the job information will be posted in NOVA through the job importer are all correct, otherwise the job will not be posted.
• Manage Client Delivery Team activity by ensuring submissions are processed in a timely manner to our Client Delivery Team or clinical team.
• Job posting management within the technology.
• Communication with internal team members about candidates and submissions.
• Various data reporting responsibilities.
• Management of candidate confirmations once a candidate signs a contract.
• Various administrative responsibilities specific to the client or Aya

• Requirement Updates: Has the ability to intake and process requirement update requests efficiently. This includes understanding the request process, gathering necessary information, and implementing changes with the aim of achieving full independence within three months. The goal is to minimize the need for audits by the Team Lead.
• Tasks: Has the capability to evaluate and complete both recurring and one-off task requests. This involves assessing task requirements, executing them accurately, and developing the skills necessary to work independently within three months, thereby reducing reliance on Team Lead oversight.
• Attention to Detail: Has the ability to recognize the importance of accuracy in all tasks and understand the potentialconsequences of errors. This competency involves meticulous review of work, ensuring all details are correct, and proactively identifying areas where precision is crucial to avoid negative outcomes.
• Time Management: Has the ability to balance a varied workload effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. This includes adapting to changing priorities throughout the workday, utilizing tools or techniques to manage time efficiently, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Meeting Deadlines: Has the ability to develop the habits and organizational skills necessary to consistently meet all timelines and expectations associated with requirement updates and assigned tasks. This includes planning ahead, monitoring progress, and communicating proactively about any potential delays.
• Professional Communication: Has the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams. This involves conveying information effectively, listening actively, and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions to foster a collaborative work environment.
Independent Workload
• Manage Workload: Has the ability to maintain an independent workload once fully trained. This involves self-direction in task management, prioritizing work without external prompts, and effectively handling all assigned responsibilities.
• Overflow Support: Has the willingness and capability to assist with overflow tasks or projects from other teams as needed. This includes being flexible and responsive to team needs, contributing to overall team deadlines, and demonstrating a collaborative spirit.Communication

• Timeline Management: Can understand timelines and deadlines to ensure proactive communication with internal parties. This includes tracking deadlines effectively, notifying stakeholders of progress, and ensuring that everyone involved is informed of relevant timelines.

• Resource Utilization: Has the ability to build knowledge of internal resources to answer questions and solve problems independently. This includes effectively navigating available tools, asking the right questions, and leveraging resources to find solutions without needing constant supervision.
• De-escalation: Can manage conflicts, issues and concerns by addressing underlying issues, facilitating communication, and fostering understanding, thus avoiding escalation into larger disputes.


Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or at least two years of college
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a work experience
Skills: 
o Strong team player with exceptional customer service abilities
o Detail-oriented and able to maintain urgency in a fast-paced environment
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
o Flexible with shifting priorities, processes, and schedules (including night shifts and rotating shifts)
o Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
o Highly organized, with strong multitasking capabilities
o Self-motivated with strategic, creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset
