We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions, including support for new international IT Hubs. This role involves sourcing top talent, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What does the job look like?

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to:

• Design and update job descriptions with line managers; standardize roles across offices.
• Source local and international candidates via job boards, social media, and agencies.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess fitness.
• Promote open roles and support employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure strong candidate communication.
• Support onboarding/offboarding in line with HR policies and legal requirements.
• Manage agency relationships and vendor contracts.
• Lead executive searches and headhunts for senior roles.
• Drive recruitment strategies for international IT hub expansions.

What will you need to be able to do the job?

• 3+ years of experience in end-of-end recruitment, ideally in FX, IT, or Gaming industries.
• Experience in hiring for Business Development, Marketing, and IT rolesacross multiple regions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities across regions.
