วางแผน, รับผิดชอบ และดำเนินดานการระบบคุณภาพที่สำคัญในโรงงานผู้ผลิตได้แก่ ISO9001:2015, GMP, ISO22716, HACCP, Halal และอื่นๆ ให้สามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
2 ดำเนินการวางแผนและตรวจประเมินผู้รับจ้างผลิต (OEM) ผู้ขาย (Vendor,Supplier) คลังสินค้ารายใหม่ ตลอดจนตรวจติดตามประจำปี 3 จัดการ ควบคุม มาตรฐานการจัดเก็บสินค้าและคลังสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด 4 ควบคุม ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์จัดการความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพในกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (NPD) รวมไปถึงบรรจุภัณฑ์ใหม่(New Packaging) ให้เป็นตามมาตรฐานกำหนดและสามารผลิตได้ 5 ดำเนินการรับ ทวนสอบ และตอบกลับ ข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า (Customer Complaint) ทุกช่องทางในการรับแจ้งข้อมูล 6 รับผิดชอบ ดำเนินการ วิเคราะห์ถึง ประเด็นปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไขและป้องกัน ในกรณีที่สินค้าหรือบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (NCR) จากการตรวจรับเข้า (Existing Porduct) 7 รวบรวม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์ ตลอดจนแนวโน้มต่าง ๆ ของผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อการปรับปรุงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างต่อเนื่อง 8 งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualification :
- จบกการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา วิทยาศาสตร์/วิศวกรรมศาสตร์, เคมีอุตสาหกรรม, เคมี, อาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในด้าน QAQC
- ประสบการณ์บริหารและพัฒนาทีมอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ระดับ Intermediate (Excel skills ; Pivot Table , VLOOKUP , etc.)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
- มีความรู้เรื่อง ISO9001:2015 และ Halal
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ / สามารถ on-site โรงงานในพื้นที่ต่างๆได้
- มีประสบการณ์ในการตรวจ Audit โรงงานต่างๆจะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
- Focus & Result Orientation, Quick Feedback Ability
