- Project management: บริหารจัดโครงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นไปตามแผน มีต้นทุนที่เหมาะสม และมีคุณภาพตามความต้องการของตลาด
- Human management: บริหารจัดการและดูแลทีมพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีการทำงานอย่างมีศักยภาพ
- Market analysis: วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มของตลาด ความต้องการผู้บริโภค และคู่แข่ง เพื่อนำมาหาโอกาสในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
