รายละเอียดของความรับผิดชอบ (Job Description)
- ควบคุม และทวนสอบข้อมูลบรรจุภัณฑ์(Packaging) รวมถึงฉลาก(Art Work)ของสินค้า และยืนยันผล ตามมาตรฐานกำหนด
- จัดทำรายงาน และสรุปผล การตรวจสินค้า บรรจุภํณฑ์ต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา ตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ควบคุม ดูแล ติดตาม ตัวอย่างจัดเก็บ ตัวอย่างอ้างอิง เพื่อประกอบการควบคุมคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
- จัดทำ Specification Finished goods และ Packaging
- ควบคุม ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ คุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (New Product) ให้เป็นตามมาตรฐานกำหนด โดยสามารถประสานงานร่วมกับ Project Management Team ,โรงงานผู้ผลิต (OEM/Supplier) ตลอดจนผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล
- จัดทำรายงาน และสรุปผล การตรวจสินค้า บรรจุภํณฑ์ต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา ตามแผนที่กำหนด
- กำหนดจัดการเเผนการสุ่ม ตรวจ สื่อสารเเละจัดการระบบได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล โดยควบคุม ประสาน กิจกรรมการตรวจรับสินค้า ได้แก่ การสุ่มและตรวจสอบ สินค้า (Finished goods) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน และแผนที่กำหนด
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายใน และภายนอก(OEM) เพื่อควบคุมมาตรฐานคุณภาพการผลิตให้กระบวนการผลิตเป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบ ติดตาม ควบคุมคุณภาพมาตรฐาน การจัดเก็บกับทาง Warehouse ของบริษัทเเละสาขาที่เป็นของบริษัท
- สามารถติดต่อประสานงาน เเก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ บรรจุภัณฑ์กับโรงงานผู้ผลิต Supplier OEM เเละ 3 rd party(Quality)
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา วิทยาศาสตร์, สาขาเคมีอุตสาหกรรม, เคมี, อาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 4 ปีขึ้นไปปีในด้าน QC หรือมีบทบาทที่คล้ายคลึงกัน และมีความรู้ทางด้านควบคุมคุณภาพ
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารทีมงาน 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- ทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม : MS Office ระดับ Intermediate (Excel skills ; Pivot Table , VLOOKUP , etc.)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงาน และสื่อสารเบื้องต้นได้ ถ้าได้ภาษาจีนเกาหลีพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Hard Skills
1. การใช้เครื่องมือ ชั่ง ตวง วัด ในการตรวจสอบบรรจุภัณฑ์ และผลิตภัณฑ์
2. ความรูู้พื้นฐาน ISO9001:2015 & Product Knowledge
