About this role
Convocation Flowers is looking to hire On-Site Sales Representatives for May and June. The nature of the on-site sales will be working in the field (i.e. at college/university campuses and venues for graduation ceremonies).

Responsibilities:
- Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at graduations
- Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
- Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
- Setting up retail kiosks at graduations
- Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
- Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
- Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanour on-site
Financial:
- Compensation: $17.20 per hour
- Discretionary bonus for hitting and surpassing sales goals, along with other bonus incentives
