About this role
Roles and Duties
- Oversee technology platforms and operational workflows for our digital asset exchange, including tokenization, custody and related services.
- Manage client onboarding, account opening, asset transfers, trade settlement, reporting, reconciliation, token issuance, listing evaluations, cap table management, and client support.
- Collaborate in cross-functional team on new business initiatives and launches.
- Conduct due diligence and handle client inquiries.
- Assess and evaluate listing applications.
- Ensure smooth and efficient platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain operational documentation and manuals.
- Work with external partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Partner with technology department to resolve user issues and support product development. Perform UATs and suggest enhancements.
- Collaborate with business department to enhance user experience.
- Assist compliance department with regulatory reporting and internal controls.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and support overall business operations.
- Be a proactive team player in a lean, international team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields.
- 2-8 years of experience in financial institutions, banking, brokerage, or crypto exchanges.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading, and capital markets is definitive advantage.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Flexible, hands-on, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preference for candidates based in Malaysia.
