About this role
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming Bankruptcy notifications from the BNC (Bankruptcy Noticing Center)
- Update accounts with Bankruptcy Information
- Manage Consumer Proposals for our Canadian consumers
- File Proof of Claims for eligible Bankruptcy accounts
- Enter BK Checks
- Contact BK Trustees about missing Checks
- Ensure compliance with Bankruptcy Law
- Escalate any Legal documents to management
- Support the manager with any related departmental tasks
Requirements:
- Self-disciplined and punctual
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
- Efficient with repetitive tasks
- Quick learner
- Comfortable using Excel
- Technically proficient with using different software and tools
- Bilingual is not required but is an asset (French)
Compensation:
9$ BZD an hour
