About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Account Executive to grow our IT Solutions portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Solomon Islands
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand customer needs and present tailored technology solutions
- Manage your sales pipeline and activity using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and market trends

What we are looking for
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
