Thermal Specialties is urgently hiring a Furnace Operator to join our Heat Treat Division in Tulsa, OK. This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who enjoys working with metal, following precise processes, and being part of a team that delivers quality results to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor furnace processes to ensure required time, temperature, and atmosphere specifications
- Load, fixture, and process materials according to production schedules
- Complete accurate documentation on shop orders and furnace charts
- Minimize downtime and gaps between furnace loads
- Monitor furnace equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and a physically demanding environment
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Preferred
- Experience with industrial furnaces or heat-treat operations
- Mechanical or maintenance experience
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or metalworking
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work in extreme high/low temperatures and a physically demanding environment
- Frequently required to stand for long periods of time
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Days Worked:
- Currently Monday thru Friday
- Nights shift: (shift differentational pay rate)
- 2nd shift: 3-11:30pm
- 3rd shift: 11:00pm- 7am
- Training: 7:30am training may be on Day shift only.
