We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager who will be accountable for the performance and digital marketing in CloudSigma. Our business requires the strong presence of a dedicated and experienced hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who knows, through a data-driven approach, how to execute a solid strategy with a pragmatic and can-do attitude. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of our digital marketing performance, ensuring that it aligns with our overall marketing and business strategy. The role will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely in a team with other marketing associates. Compensation for the position is attractive for the industry.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns; Research about them, their formulation, planning, setting, and execution
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content
- Find and target audiences
- Work with the external SEO agency, planned SEO activities, and improvements of the SEO
Focus and main priorities
- Use Google Analytics and other digital media platforms to set, monitor, and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns - via performance channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and more;
- Recommend data-driven improvements by using analytics and market trends; Ensure successful execution and optimization of key metrics
- Measure and report the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Use data to make informed decisions to improve conversion rates, account engagement, and pipeline creation.
- Conduct digital audience research to suggest which media channels and tactics to be applied to reach target groups effectively;
- Manage all CloudSigma Digital Marketing channels (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter);
- Conduct the internal part of plans and tasks from the SEO strategy, and monitor rankings for Google keywords
- Collaborate internally to create landing pages and optimize the user website experience
- Propose and adapt to new digital marketing opportunities;
- Coordinate the work of freelance writers on a daily and weekly basis
Requirements and knowledge
- Fluency in English
- Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
- 2+ years of experience running successful ad campaigns on Google Ads, Google Display, and Linkedin Ads for a B2B solution,
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends, pursue the most important questions, and act on those insights
- An intermediate or higher level of proficiency in another foreign language is a plus
- Experience in adopting a data-driven approach to marketing and familiarity with relevant concepts and tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and marketing performance measurement
- Professional experience at an IT, BPO, Service provider, or Cloud services company is a plus
- Creative and flexible personality, open to new concepts and ideas
- Organised, consistent, and punctual professional, able to define deadlines and follow through on them
- Able to take ownership of tasks and initiatives,
- Manage time well and routinely prioritize tasks by their intended impact
- Ability to work in a team and improve based on constructive feedback, and learn fast
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
