Outside General Laborer
Location: Essex Junction, Vermont

Season: Now - Late October/Early November

Pay: $20–$24/hr DOE

Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 8am–8pm; overtime possible; some weekends required


About the Role:

Join a fast-paced, hands-on team that brings events to life across Vermont and beyond. You’ll help set up and break various types of rental equipment. Every day is different, and the work is active, outdoors, and team-driven.


What You’ll Do:

•   Install and take down event rental equipment.

•   Deliver and pick up event equipment.

•   Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

•   Clean, maintain, and organize equipment

•   Interact professionally with clients on-site when needed

•   Work outdoors in all weather conditions
