Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Columbus, OH
- Client Focus: Individuals (from ages 6 to 99), couples, and families
- Clinical Areas: Trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and more
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Meet the productivity requirements of 23 clients/week consistently
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing
Who We’re Looking For
- Passionate mental health professionals licensed in Ohio as LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Experience treating trauma and working with diverse populations
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office 365/Teams
