About this role
- Kiểm tra tình trạng khuôn trước khi sản xuất: độ sạch, mài mòn, nứt.
- Lắp đặt và canh chỉnh khuôn vào máy đùn theo đúng quy trình kỹ thuật.
- Gia nhiệt khuôn, chuẩn bị đầy đủ dụng cụ trước ca sản xuất.
- Vệ sinh, mài, đánh bóng và bảo trì khuôn sau mỗi lần sử dụng.
- Xử lý lỗi khuôn (mòn rãnh, lẹm khuôn, dòng chảy không đều, bề mặt lỗi…).
- Theo dõi số lần sử dụng, lập kế hoạch bảo dưỡng và đề xuất sửa chữa/chế tạo mới.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận vận hành & QC để đảm bảo sản phẩm đúng kích thước – bề mặt – độ thẳng.
- Quản lý kho khuôn: phân loại, lưu trữ, theo dõi tình trạng từng bộ khuôn.
- Ghi chép nhật ký khuôn và tuân thủ quy định an toàn trong ca.
