We’re looking for a Systems Engineer who enjoys solving real customer problems with modern cloud technology. In this role you’ll help organisations design, deploy, and improve their Microsoft cloud environments. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to translate technical requirements into practical solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and modern workplace platforms. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys both hands-on technical work and solution design, and wants to play a bigger role in shaping how technology is delivered to customers.

The role

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for helping customers adopt and operate modern cloud platforms effectively.

You’ll:

  • Work with customers to understand requirements and recommend the best technical solutions
  • Design and implement Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure solutions
  • Provide technical input during pre-sales discussions and solution planning
  • Support engineers with complex troubleshooting and escalations
  • Deliver planned and emergency changes across customer environments
  • Present technical solutions and remediation plans in a clear, customer-friendly way
  • Collaborate closely with Tech Support, Technology Success, Centralised Services, and Professional Services teams
  • Help improve documentation, standards, and delivery processes

What we’re looking for

You’ll likely have experience with:

  • Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
  • Azure or cloud infrastructure platforms
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Supporting and improving production environments
  • Communicating technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
