About this role

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the face of our veterinary hospital by interacting with clients, answering phone calls/texts, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform administrative tasks, appointment scheduling and record keeping in accordance to hospital policies.
  • Process client payments and manage client flow.
  • Make sure clients are helped timely.
  • Use critical thinking to determine what service the client needs, and accurately complete corresponding forms.
  • Work independently, efficiently, and complete a variety of admin job assignments .

  • Demonstrate success in a fast-paced environment by showing meticulous follow-through, organization, and strong attention to details.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask and problem solve alone or in a team environment.

  • Quick learner and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to get along with a variety of personalities, work as a team, and can accept constructive criticism.ย

Our full-time position is three days per week 7:30 am-7:30 pm with FOUR DAYS OFF EACH WEEK.ย  If you are looking to join a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere, and feel the above characteristics describe you, we want to hear from you! Pay is dependent on education and experience; frequent merit increases and bonuses throughout the year.ย  Also, seeking someone who will wow us and strive to become a lead which will be a significant raise.ย
