About this role
Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of our veterinary hospital by interacting with clients, answering phone calls/texts, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks, appointment scheduling and record keeping in accordance to hospital policies.
- Process client payments and manage client flow.
- Make sure clients are helped timely.
- Use critical thinking to determine what service the client needs, and accurately complete corresponding forms.
- Work independently, efficiently, and complete a variety of admin job assignments .

Candidates seeking seasonal employment or temporary income need NOT apply. Our full-time position is three days per week 7:30 am-7:30 pm with FOUR DAYS OFF EACH WEEK. Pay is dependent on education and experience; frequent merit increases and bonuses throughout the year. Also, seeking someone who will wow us and strive to become a lead which will be a significant raise.
