What You Will Earn
$75,000 annual salary
Performance-based bonuses and sales commission opportunity in year one
Biweekly pay

What You Will Do
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of termite inspectors and technicians
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Termite Department, including scheduling, quality control, and customer escalations
• Set and track team performance goals, holding the department to a high standard of service and professionalism
• Conduct field inspections and quality checks alongside your team
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including handling complex accounts
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other department heads to grow the business
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team morale
What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in the pest control or termite industry — field experience is essential
• Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Valid Alabama WDO license (or ability to obtain one)
• A hands-on leader who is not too proud to work alongside the team in the field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Valid Alabama driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
