About this role
Mission/ Core Purpose of the Job:
Providing direct administrative support to the Operations Department and other stakeholders of the company to ensure efficient operation of the office. Carrying out a variety of administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings/events, translating from/to Arabic/Chinese.
Knowledge of Chinese language is a must.
Key Tasks:
- Assisting, and supporting the Project Technical Managers in documentation, archiving, meetings, letters, and administrative tasks.
- Conducting verbal/written translation from/to Chinese language.
- Supporting team by performing tasks related to organization and performing strong communication.
- Interacting with clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Handling and follow up on the procurement process of the company.
- Organizing meetings, conferences, gatherings and events for the office.
- Dealing with and receiving income calls and fax acting as the focal point of the company.
- Accomplishing external tasks assigned by stakeholders.
- Any Tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or BSc. in Chinese Language / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience Required:0 - 3 Y
- Training: Any related courses
