Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Recruitment Officer to support our growing team. This role combines recruitment responsibilities with HR administrative support, employee relations, and relationship management. You will be central in attracting top talent, maintaining HR operations, and nurturing professional relationships across the organization to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop job descriptions in collaboration with department heads
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and CV screening
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the full recruitment cycle
- Facilitate offer communication, hiring, and onboarding
- Maintain talent pipelines and contribute to employer branding efforts
Employee Relations & Workplace Engagement
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and minor grievances
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities and team events
- Support efforts to monitor and enhance employee morale and satisfaction
- Help implement initiatives that promote a respectful, inclusive, and motivating workplace
Cross-Functional & Relationship Management
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with team members across all departments
- Actively engage with internal stakeholders to understand and support their HR needs
- Represent HR professionally in meetings, events, and external networking opportunities
- Contribute to building a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust within the organization
- Serve as a reliable liaison between HR and other functions to ensure alignment and smooth communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment and HR support (experience in engineering or construction sectors is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and common HR tools
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach
