Prep Cook – Full-Time & Part-Time

Location: Halifax

Opening July 2026 – Prep for something fresh!

We’re looking for detail-oriented, dependable Prep Cooks to help set the stage for an exceptional food experience. If you love working with fresh ingredients and take pride in doing things right, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing ingredients for daily service—chopping, portioning, marinating, and more
• Assisting with basic cooking tasks and supporting the line during busy hours
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Helping with inventory and receiving deliveries
• Working closely with chefs and cooks to keep the kitchen running smoothly

Knife Skills Matter:

This role requires strong knife skills—you’ll be working with fresh seafood and produce daily, and precision, safety, and speed are key.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some kitchen experience is great, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Solid knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
• Interest in seafood, sustainability, and local food culture
• A positive attitude and team spirit
