Host – Full-Time & Part-Time

We’re looking for friendly, organized Hosts to be the welcoming face of our operation and help create a seamless, positive customer experience from start to finish. If you enjoy engaging with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced team, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome all customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Take and process takeout orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate order flow between customers and kitchen staff
• Maintain awareness of store and lunch service activity to support smooth operations
• Provide basic product and menu information to customers
• Assist with front-of-house organization and cleanliness
• Support team members as needed across retail and lunch service areas
• Sweeping and mopping floors, spot-cleaning spills, and ensuring a safe environment
• Helping organize and reset the space at the start and end of each day
• Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

• Reliability and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Team-first attitude and positive energy
• Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required—we’ll train you
