The Work
You've done sales before, but not like we do it on the inside sales team at BambooHR! We have a proven process for successful business-to-business selling.
- Sell software that you can completely believe in
- Leads are provided!
- Contact prospects by phone and email (50 – 80 calls per day)
- Sales are conducted via web conference and phone (no travel necessary)
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5 (no nights or weekends)
- Compensation includes a base salary + commissions

- Track record of exceeding company sales quotas and closing deals
- A minimum of 2 years software sales experience
- Ability to articulate our value proposition via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
- Experience identifying and qualifying opportunities
- Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills
- Great attitude, high motivation and a passion for growth
