About this role
Curriculum Program Specialist to oversee the delivery of early childhood education services to ensure quality care and compliance with the Early Head Start performance standards. Responsibilities include implementation of the Teaching Strategies Assessment instrument, infant and toddler curriculums, curriculum fidelity, practice-based coaching, training, and professional development opportunities. Minimum Qualifications for Consideration: A bachelor’s or advanced degree in early childhood education or a bachelor’s or advanced degree and equivalent coursework in early childhood education with early education teaching experience. Must have ability to communicate, record keeping and computer skills; position is mobile and consists of center and home visits as needed. Excellent references required.
