Delivery Assistant - Local/Regional Route, Day Shift
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills and customer service focused.
- Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, professional, hard-working individual with the ability to work with limited supervision.
- Must be physically capable of handling and delivering product weighing up to 50 lbs. and keg beer weighing up to 165 lbs.
- Must be able to reach, pull, twist, bend, and stoop to move product.
- Must be able to lift/lower 50 lbs. regularly and lift/lower up to 165 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be able to push/pull up to 250 lbs. regularly using a hand truck/dolly.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from facility.
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check with satisfactory results.
- NO CLASS A CDL REQUIRED.
Job Duties
- Assist in the delivery of Kohlfeld Distributing products within assigned accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately inventory, inspect, and deliver invoiced product to Kohlfeld Distributing’s customer base. Rotate stock as required.
- Executing invoices, obtaining payment for product when necessary, and all related paperwork.
- Provide great customer service at every opportunity.
- Comply with company work safe practices and safety standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Management.
