As part of our continued expansion in Asia, we are seeking an experienced Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser to join our dynamic trading division in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently while collaborating closely with international teams.


Key Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact between our commercial offices and global supply partners, you will manage the full lifecycle of beauty packaging projects, including:

  • Following up on project briefs and client requirements
  • Preparing quotations and conducting cost-value analysis
  • Negotiating with suppliers to achieve optimal terms and pricing
  • Coordinating development, sampling, and project timelines
  • Managing production scheduling and delivery commitments
  • Handling other ad-hoc tasks as required to support business objectives


Requirements

  • Form 7 (HKDSE), Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant merchandising experience in trading, sourcing, or supply chain (beauty/cosmetics industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetics packaging and/or formulation is highly advantageous
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Putonghua (Mandarin); additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Asia as needed
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving ability
