About the Role

As part of our Wealth Operations Team, you’ll play a critical role in powering Aspora’s investment products, including Digigold and US Equities. You will ensure seamless execution, accurate reconciliations, and best-in-class user experiences across asset classes. This role sits at the intersection of fintech infrastructure, investments, compliance, and analytics, demanding precision, ownership, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Own

• Oversee end-to-end operations for Digigold and US equities, ensuring seamless order execution, settlement, and reporting.

• Reconcile transactions across internal systems, custodians, brokers, and partner platforms to ensure financial accuracy.

• Manage corporate actions, dividends, stock splits, and gold-related adjustments with precision and timeliness.

• Handle user queries, transaction discrepancies, and disputes while coordinating with brokers, custodians, and liquidity partners.

• Monitor real-time dashboards to detect anomalies, delays, and system issues across wealth products.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and partner requirements across jurisdictions.

• Use data and analytics to identify trends, investigate incidents, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Design and refine SOPs for recurring workflows to improve scalability, accuracy, and turnaround times.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and finance teams to launch and scale new investment offerings.

• Support the launch and operational setup of new wealth products across global markets.

  What We Need

• 3–5 years of experience in wealth operations, brokerage operations, fintech, or investment platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Digigold, securities, or US equities operations, including trade lifecycle management and settlements.

• Familiarity with global investment infrastructure, brokers, custodians, and clearing systems.

• Understanding of corporate actions, reconciliations, and investment product workflows.

• Experience working with SQL, spreadsheets, and dashboards for reconciliation, reporting, and monitoring.

• Proficiency with project management and ticketing tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to wealth and investment products is a plus.

• Proven ability to liaise with external partners and drive issue resolution efficiently.
