As a FOH Senior Trainer, you will provide essential leadership presence within the restaurant, upholding the highest standards of the Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy. Your responsibilities include encouraging and providing constructive feedback to Team Members, ensuring cash accountability, and completing end-of-day procedures. Success in this role requires maturity, attention to detail, coachability, and professionalism.

Requirements
- Must have held a Team Trainer role for at least three months to be considered.
- Must meet all Team Member availability requirements.
- Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- In addition to Team Member availability requirements, must be available for six non-peak shifts during mid-shift and/or closing per week.
- Must be knowledgeable in all Front-of-House (FOH) positions.
- Must complete all required Pathway training plans and remain current with recurring training.
- Must be in good standing with attendance and performance within the organization.
- Must represent an exceptional example as a Chick-fil-A ambassador.
- Must have a record of high-level training, providing consistent and well-thought-out feedback on Trello and monthly trainer feedback forms.
- Must consistently exemplify Team Rockwell’s Core Values.
- Must go above and beyond the Core 4 to consistently create moments and remarkable experiences for guests.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and provide corrective feedback to team members alongside leadership, teaching the "Pathway" method.
- Assist in addressing team members who are not in compliance with uniform or appearance guidelines.
- Be authorized to perform POS overrides using leadership PIN numbers (excluding employee meals and clocking in team members).
- Support the training team by conducting 30-day check-ins and checklist meetings with team members during their first 90 days.
- Conduct huddles in assigned areas of operations (Drive-Thru Outside, Drive-Thru Cockpit, Mobile Area).
- Complete mid-shift and closing Inform duties as scheduled.
