The Role



We are looking for a Growth Partner with a strong grasp of how leading brands approach insight across Brand, Shopper, Innovation, CX and Futures. You will play a central role in shaping and selling our solutions, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and connect them with approaches that drive real impact.


This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with a strategic consulting mindset, and who can confidently translate complex insight needs into opportunities for growth. You will likely have worked either at an insight agency or in an insight role client-side.


You’ll work with existing and new clients to grow accounts by introducing new insight use cases, scaling solutions into programmes, and shaping client strategies so Verve is seen as a strategic insight partner. If you’re commercially sharp, insight-savvy, and thrive on building momentum with senior stakeholders, this role puts you at the heart of Verve’s growth engine.



Key Responsibilities



  • Expand Accounts: Unlock more value from existing clients — through multiple Verve Vero solutions, Consultancy enrichment, new builds, or activation kits.
  • Land & Scale: Turn initial solutions into multi-market, multi-category programmes with clear growth paths.
  • Strategic Partnering: Position Verve as a trusted growth partner, not just a provider — shaping conversations and helping clients make smarter decisions.
  • Commercial Momentum: Own proposals and pitches, de-risk them for clients, and lead expansion conversations with confidence.
  • Opportunity Scanning: Map decision making units, monitor client usage, team adoption, and business triggers to identify the right moment to act.

 



What We’re Looking For



  • Minimum 7 years’ insight experience (client or agency side), aligned with Associate Director/ Director level
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts within insight / consultancy
  • Strong commercial instincts — balancing client needs with revenue growth
  • A clear, compelling communicator who can cut through complexity
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and influencing direction
  • Experience framing opportunities into commercially robust proposals
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and resilient who thrives in fast-moving environments
  • A strong existing network within and/or across sectors
  • Experience scaling local and/or global programmes
  • Strong interest with AI-driven insight solutions
