Orthodontic Dental Assistant - West Location

We are looking for a Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant to join our West side office (on average 2-3 days/week). The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with team members, parents and patients. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements: (The applicant must meet the following requirements)

• High School diploma
• Completion of an approved Dental Assistant program and certification as a Dental Assistant (RDA)
• Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Must be computer proficient and able to learn new software easily
• Excellent communication skills
• Available to work during applicable business hours
• Ability to work well with children of all ages
  

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Orthodontic dental assistant duties
  
• Sterilization and infection control
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• RDA License
• Orthodontic Module
• Scaling Module (Preferred)
  
• Proficient in English

This position offers:

• Professional clinical teams
• Full–time hours (2-3 days per week)
• Starting at $32.00/hour with minimum 2 years experience with orthodontic RDA tasks
