Key Responsibilities:
- Managing 2–3 data analysts, including their training and professional development.
- Collecting, analyzing, and processing data from the company’s systems and databases.
- Building reports and dashboards in Excel and Tableau.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service, analytics, and data operations teams, as well as interfacing with senior stakeholders.
- Managing the relationship with the overseas data unit.
- Monitoring data quality and ensuring data reliability.
- Reporting directly to VP Data.
Requirements:
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business data analysis.
- Full proficiency in SQL, including complex queries across multiple large-scale databases.
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel.
- Managerial experience and/or project management experience.
- Ability to analyze quantitative data and draw actionable business conclusions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of English.
Advantage:
- Experience with AI tools and automation – a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of Python for advanced analysis.
