תיאור התפקיד: אנו מחפשים Operations & Strategic Partnerships Manager בעל/ת אוריינטציה עסקית חזקה, יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות ויכולת מוכחת בניהול והנעת תהליכים מורכבים. התפקיד כולל ניהול הקשר התפעולי-אסטרטגי מול גופים פיננסיים, אחריות על צמיחת זירת האשראי (Marketplace) וניתוח ביצועים עסקיים.
במסגרת התפקיד, תעסוק/י ב:
- ניהול הקשר השוטף מול גופים פיננסיים לטובת טיוב תהליכים, הוספת מוצרים ושיפור הצמיחה (Growth) לאחר שלב המכירה.
- ניתוח ביצועי פלטפורמת המוצרים מקצה לקצה ושיפור יחסי המרה. (Conversion Rate)
- עבודה צמודה עם מנהלי הלקוחות (Account Managers) ומנהלי המוצר לסגירת פערים תפעוליים ומיצוי פוטנציאל השותפויות.
- ניטור ובקרה יומיומית על זרימת הנתונים ואחוזי האישור של השותפים השונים.
- הובלת יוזמות ורעיונות לשיפור חווית השותף והגדלת נפחי הפעילות.
דרישות התפקיד:
- תואר ראשון בשיווק / מנהל עסקים / תעשייה וניהול או תחום רלוונטי אחר – חובה.
- ניסיון קודם של שנתיים לפחות בניהול אופרציה עסקית, ניהול שותפויות או Customer Success חובה.
- יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות מאוד, יכולת הסקת מסקנות מנתונים (Data-driven) והצגתם.
- ניסיון בעבודה מול מוסדות פיננסיים או בסביבת Fintech – יתרון משמעותי.
- תקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת ויכולת ניהול ממשקים מרובים בסביבה דינמית.
- שליטה מלאה ביישומי ,Office בדגש על יישומי אקסל (רמה גבוהה) – חובה.
- יכולת ביטוי גבוהה בעל-פה ובכתב (עברית ואנגלית).

- היכרות עם עולם האשראי והרגולציה הפיננסית בישראל.
- ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות BI וכלים לניהול נתונים.
