For this reason, we are looking for a Housekeeping Manager in our Headquarters in Lausanne. You will join the Learning & Development team and be responsible for training all our cleaning agents in Switzerland on providing a 5-star customer experience.
Your Mission
- Create 5-star customer experience training program
- Execute training program in all Switzerland for our 1500 cleaning agents
- Train cleaning agents to become trainer
Your weapons
- Fluent in English and either German or French is a must
- Experience as housekeeping manager in luxury hospitality is a must
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding eloquence
