Job Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good data warehousing/integrations foundation, proficiency in Python or Java programming, and experience with version control systems like Git.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop optimized data platform solutions
  • Support data scientists, analysts, and other engineers
  • Implement data governance and security practices
  • Monitor and improve data pipeline performance and reliability


Basic Qualifications

  • Engineering education in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics or Engineering Degree
  • Experience in data integrations
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience in backend software development
  • Familiar with DevOps processes
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language


Bonus Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms
  • Experience with modern data stack
  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar
  • Basic experience with Infrastructure as Code like Terraform or Pulumi
  • Experience with bash scripting and automation
  • Basic experience with Docker or Kubernetes
