About this role

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres internen Engineering- und DTP-Teams eine/n Junior-Projektleiter:in für DTP-Projekte in Festanstellung mit 32-40 Wochenstunden an unserem Standort in Berlin – ein Hauptwohnsitz in Deutschland ist Voraussetzung. Home-Office ist tageweise möglich.

 

Das Aufgabenprofil:

  • Planung & Überwachung der Projektarbeitsschritte im Zusammenhang mit DTP, Fremdsprachensatz und Video-Editing
  • Projektkommunikation an den Schnittstellen zu internen und externen Projektmitarbeiter:innen sowie zur Gemino-Gesamtprojektleitung
  • Auftragsvergabe an externe freiberufliche Mitarbeiter:innen und Vorbereitung von Projekt-Handoffs für diese 
  • DTP von übersetzten Dokumenten in diversen Programmen 
  • Anteil Projekt-Management ca. 70% und DTP ca. 30%
  • Implementierung von Änderungen aus Länderreviews, Linguistic Sign-Offs, Post-Layout Checks etc. in verschiedenen Programmen (hauptsächlich InDesign)
  • Media Asset Management
