The Job
We are looking for an individual that loves talking with end-users and helping them out. You will be joining our growing Customer Success Team which drives our growth and makes sure our customers and partners make the best out of Yodeck. You will be working full-time in our office in downtown Athens, Greece.
Things you will be regularly doing include:
- Respond to inquiries from users through email or phone, or forward them to our tech support team.
- Schedule calls with potential or existing customers around the world to answer questions or do a demo.
- Answer simple questions for the platform, and make sure our customers buy what they need.
- Follow up on customers to make sure that everything is going smooth and introduce new features.
- Collect feedback for the product team and management.
For doing all of the above, the following skills are required:
- Native English (either side of the Atlantic will do), both speaking and writing
- Above average communication skills and empathy
- Highly organized, results-oriented
- Understanding and love for modern tech products.
Having some previous experience in a sales or support position would be great, although not required.
