The BDR clearly generated (no poaching from “inbound” leads or other SDRs.
The BDR day to day:
Own pipeline generation – Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound strategies (LinkedIn, email, calls, and creative outreach).
Be a Thought Challenger – Understand market/customer pain points and challenge their mindset to present how Conekta's solutions drive business impact.
Master Social Selling – Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to build credibility, nurture relationships, and convert leads.
Think Outside the Box – Use innovative and data-driven approaches to increase conversion rates and open new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Account Executives – Qualify leads thoroughly and ensure seamless handoff to the sales team for closing.
Analyze & Optimize – Track outreach performance, test new messaging, and iterate strategies to improve conversion rates.
Become an Industry Expert – Stay up to date with fintech trends and competitive insights to educate prospects effectively.

- Writes compelling and personalized email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and cold call scripts.

What You Need
- We’re looking for someone with a technical background, such as Computer Sciences Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar fields.
- Passionate about the fintech world and becoming a commercial expert
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or startups).
- Proven success in prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Experience with social selling, CRM tools (Salesforce), and automation tools.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- A data-driven mindset to measure and optimize performance.
