What You’ll Do (New Construction Focus)

You’ll be a key part of our new construction plumbing team, responsible for:

• Rough‑in plumbing for new residential builds
• Installing water, drain, waste, and vent systems
• Setting fixtures, tubs, showers, and final trim‑out
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and job specifications
• Ensuring all work meets code, safety standards, and builder expectations
• Coordinating with site supervisors, builders, and other trades
• Maintaining a clean, organized job site and professional appearance
• Documenting work and communicating clearly with the office and field teams

You’ll have the tools, support, and autonomy to do the job right the first time.

What You Bring

We’re looking for plumbers who take pride in their workmanship:

• 3+ years of new construction plumbing experience
• Strong understanding of residential rough‑in and finish plumbing
• Ability to read blueprints and follow builder specifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license
• A positive attitude and commitment to quality
