What You Will Be Doing
- Support the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate communication
- Deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for all new team members
- Assist in performance review processes & assist in the coordination of training and development activities
- Act as a key support partner to line managers on daily HR matters
- Manage employee documentation and HR administration processes
- Handle ERGANI submissions and support compliance with labor legislation
- Assist with payroll preparation and monthly payroll procedures
- Monitor employee records, contracts, leaves, and attendance
- Support employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and internal HR projects
- Contribute to creating a positive employee experience across all hotel teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR administration or hospitality HR will be considered an asset
- Good knowledge of ERGANI and Greek labor legislation
- Familiarity with payroll processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Greek and English
