Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead assigned projects from handover/kick-off to closure, managing both technical and commercial aspects
Monitor and report key project performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, forecast accuracy, margin, on-time delivery, invoicing, and cash collectionMaintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments; lead action plans and recovery initiatives when required
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, standards, and internal processes
Engage regularly with customers, partners, contractors, and consultants to align on project status and expectations
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities in a timely and proactive manner
Track all third-party obligations including customer and consortium partner requirements
Deliver project milestones on schedule to avoid or minimize exposure to liquidated damages
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the execution phase
Supervise preparation and submission of customer documentation, including approval processes
Comply with company and local EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies and demonstrate leadership in EHS practices
Maintain accurate project data in internal project execution tools
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, industrial engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or field operations such as quality, testing in energy sector
Strong verbal and written skills in English and Turkish
The ability to travel abroad; less than 10%
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
Willing to work at Gebze plant

Experience in contract management or business development, preferably in the transformer or energy sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
Strong leadership and ownership in managing end-to-end project lifecycles
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results under pressure
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration across teams
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and maintain a proactive, solution-driven attitude
Experience in trouble shooting activities at site for transformers and reactors is an asset
Technical knowledge and experience on site testing of transformers and reactors and ability to evaluate results is a plus
