About this role

40 Hour Weeks | Architectural Homes | Eastern Suburbs

This role isn’t for everyone.

We are looking for a proper Leading Hand who takes pride in their work, leads by example and wants to build some of Sydney’s best architectural residential concrete projects.

Wardle Construction specialises in Form, Reo and Pour packages for high end homes across the Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and Inner West.

Our work is detailed, challenging and rewarding. These are homes you will drive past years later and proudly say “we built that.”

We also run 40 hour working weeks, because we believe good people do their best work when they have balance.

 

The Role

You will lead a small crew of carpenters and apprentices while still being on the tools, working closely with our Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly.

You will be responsible for coordinating the team, communicating with the builder’s foreman and maintaining the quality and safety standards we are known for.
