About this role
- Dealing with CIDB/TNB/SEDA/ST/MIDA/MGTC and other relevant government authorities for licensing process.
- Assist Business Development, Project or any department colleague for any enquiry that require advices from Government Authorities.
- Collect, review, prepare and compile necessary documents for all project license application, follow up on approval with Government officers, provide technical advices to smoothen licensing process.
- Communicate between internal department and government officer, manage all paperwork, forms, correspondence, email, letters and etc.
- Submit and collect any certificate or license at Government Offices.
- Monitor all application status, track all due and execute the progress to obtain approval. Discuss with relevant department for project difficulties and suggest for licensing application arrangement.
- Punctually and quickly respond to any queries by Government Officers.
- Manage digital platform and suggest improvement for better handling process.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma. Preferably in the Engineering field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Attitude: Customer & service oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about dealing with people. Team spirit, self-driven to learn, good communicator, and patient.
