About the Role  This role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and customer focus. You will be accountable for collections and repayment performance, leading a diverse team spanning field, call center, and repayment associates, while collaborating closely with commercial, product, and credit operations teams to ensure growth and repayment work hand-in-hand. Not only are you a leader, you are a doer who rolls up your sleeves to deliver results. You are also a builder of systems and processes, comfortable improving and refining what you find, and thrive in the field where experience is non-negotiable.
