Description du poste
Création du rayon charcuterie/traiteur/fromage dans le magasin. Savoir développer le CA en fidélisant les clients de part son professionnalisme . Respecter les règles d'hygiène sécurité. Obtenir ses résultats de marge grace a une gestion saine. Manager une équipe de 6 personnes en établissant les planning horaires.
