About the Role
Ready to lead the charge in building secure, scalable platforms at speed, and without compromise?This pivotal role would have capability across digital platforms, including Adobe-based web platforms and native mobile applications (iOS & Android). You’ll define the strategy, standards, and tooling all while leading a distributed team embedded within product squads to deliver secure, automated, and scalable solutions aligned to enterprise standards. This includes defining and owning the DevSecOps capability roadmap, aligned with enterprise digital, cloud, and security strategies Importantly, you'll drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, tooling, and platform capabilities across Adobe web platforms and mobile applications and ensure seamless alignment with architecture, security, and product roadmaps, balancing scalability, delivery velocity, and risk. Central to your success in this role, you will partner with product and engineering leaders to embed DevSecOps across the end-to-end product lifecycle and lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of modern development environments and platforms. About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering. You are expected to have a strong background across Adobe platforms and mobile CI/CD pipelines with hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers, and automation tooling. We'd love to hear from you even more if you have proven ability to lead distributed and platform engineering teams and advanced knowledge of Angular frameworks, web applications, and UI/UX principles
