Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute eCommerce media planning strategies across marketplace platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to support traffic, conversion, and GMV growth.
  • Plan and optimize SKU visibility, product assortment, and campaign placements to maximize share of search and marketplace discoverability.
  • Manage media investment allocation across key channels including search ads, display ads, affiliate, and live streaming to improve platform performance efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and GMV contribution.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to identify consumer trends, peak shopping periods, and category opportunities for better planning and budget allocation.
  • Analyze platform and campaign data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and performance recaps to evaluate effectiveness and support future planning strategies.
  • Stay updated with marketplace trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging eCommerce features to identify growth opportunities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce planning, media planning, performance marketing, or digital marketing (agency or brand side).
  • Familiar with marketplace advertising ecosystems including Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and digital media platforms such as Meta and Google.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and media performance metrics including GMV, ROAS, traffic, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, and new buyer acquisition.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reports to derive insights and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
