In this role, you will…

 

.        Manage a team of employees responsible for reviewing contractor bids and coordinating property preservation activity with investors, insurers and clients..        Maintain strong focus on daily production (staff outflow) and pipeline management (volume inflow)..        Responsible for contributing to the hiring process, interviewing and disciplinary action..        Coordinate processes and build strong working relationships across teams..        Respond to audit and non-compliance issues as discovered and presented by management..        Assign work to staff when needed. 

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

 

You possess …

 

.        High School diploma or equivalent required..        Strong verbal and written communication skills required..        Prefer 1-2 years management experience..        Ability to excel in a high-impact position with fast-paced, deadline driven environment required..        Prefer 1-2 years property claims experience, property preservation experience or construction knowledge

Responsibilities

·        Manage a team of employees responsible for reviewing contractor bids and coordinating property preservation activity with investors, insurers and clients.

·        Respond to audit and non-compliance issues as discovered and presented by management.

·        Maintain strong focus on daily production (staff outflow) and pipeline management (volume inflow).

·        Assign work to staff when needed.

·        Manage processors’ work flow, time off, feedback, and reviews.

·        Handle interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary needs of staff.

·        Maintain both quality and productivity goals on a daily basis.

·        Answer incoming phone calls, as needed.

·        Perform all other duties as assigned.

·        Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

.        High School diploma or equivalent required..        Strong verbal and written communication skills required..        Ability to excel in a high-impact position with fast-paced, deadline driven environment required..        Prefer 1-2 years management experience..        Prefer 1-2 years property claims experience, property preservation experience or construction knowledge..        Knowledge of property management, construction, and property insurance preferred..        Undergraduate degree preferred..        Proficiency using third party estimating software, common to the insurance industry..        Ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply company and/or client specifications, guidelines and processes..        Ability to navigate and research using available resources including the Internet..        High level of organization and attention to detail..        Ability to successfully multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a high pressure, high production and volume team environment..        Strong PC skills, typing, and Microsoft Office proficiency required.·        Completion of client registration guidelines and business rules, user review guide, classroom training, system training, and side by side training required.
